REFUND POLICY
At Rummy Game, we typically do not offer full money-back guarantees for purchases due to the nature of our business and services. However, if within 2 working days of purchase, you find yourself dissatisfied with a product you haven't used, you may be eligible for a refund on a case-by-case basis. You'll need to demonstrate your intent and inability to understand the actions taken during the purchase. Refunds, if approved, may be full, partial, or none, and will be processed within 30 working calendar days.

Rummy Game will collect service charges only from eliminated players up to the last completed round and distribute the remaining amount equally among qualifiers.

In Deals Rummy Game cancellations, the entry fees, less service charges, are equally distributed among remaining players. Collusion or cheating results in refunds for other players and actions against the offenders as per our Terms.
